We met him when Lianne La Havas opened for Erykah at the Hammersmith Apollo
as luck had it, the next day, the band had a day off, so Durand came to our Issue#2 Launch Party at the Vintage Emporium on Brick Lane.
After Summer Pearl, L.A Salami, Marques Toliver and Lianne La Havas had all performed, we headed down under the bridge and there Durand melted everyone’s heart with his flawless voice!
